Book Four begins with a massive collision of the changes begun in Book Three. Riddler learning Batman's identity, Talia evolving, the revelation of the mind wipe, and the reopening of the MoMA that was closing for remodeling the night of that last Bat/Cat encounter revealed in Perennials. Selina is reeling from the implications: she made plans for this event because of that night. Now so much has changed.
The whole tale is loaded with material for lovers of the Batman/Catwoman pairing, but Selina's reaction in the Batcave at the end of Chapter 3, the rooftop conversation in Chapter 4, and the Bruce/Selina conversation alone in the MoMA in Chapter 6 must stand apart. The last in particular will have echoes and reverberations through later tales, as will a certain Pink Sapphire.
Like all Cat-Tales, Deja vu All Over Again can be read online on the Cat-Tales website or mobile mirror, and can be downloaded as an ebook or pdf, which is sized for printing at Cafe Press. It is collected in Cat-Tales Book 4.
