A triptych of stories about personal revelation. Bruce's is the most entertaining, beginning with a "Committee of Rogues" calling on him to discuss his relationship with Catwoman. The shock of Edward Nigma declaring he is "one of the family now" is what sets off his epiphany, which amounts to discovering his own personhood as distinct from the Batman role and mission (denied him by DC Comics and the pundits fandom). He is the true man, not "the mask" as many declared.
Selina's revelation regards her stealing. Set off by the Mad Hatter "hatting" her while she is atttending a Wayne event. While she will not come around to an unambiguous declaration that it is wrong until Cattitude, it is here when her cat pins are taken, the gift from Bruce that hold so much significance, she experiences what is like on the other side of the transaction.
While these are both significant to the relationship, most readers find Barbara's episode to be the most moving and significant.
Like all Cat-Tales, Satori can be read online on the Cat-Tales website or mobile mirror, and can be downloaded as an ebook or pdf, which is sized for printing at Cafe Press. It is collected in Cat-Tales Book 1.
